Dr. Sabhyata Gupta, a highly accomplished gynecologist with over 30 years of experience, holds an MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery from Germany, and received Robotic Surgery training in France in 2010. She is a pioneer in the field, being the first gynecologist in India to perform robotic surgery for both benign and malignant conditions. Her expertise includes gynecology, gynecologic oncology, fertility preservation, robotic surgery, and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Gupta has served as Past President of the Asia Oceania Research Organization in Genital Infection and Neoplasia, India (2020–2022), and the Fertility Preservation Society, India (2018–2020). At Medanta-The Medicity in Gurugram, she leads the DrNB Program in Gynecologic Oncology and a Fellowship Program in Minimally Invasive Surgery. Her accolades include the Best Gynec Robotic Surgeon of the Year Award (2012), the Best Video Award for her presentation on robotic repair of cervico-vaginal fistula at the 12th AAGL International Congress (2016), and the Mother Teresa Excellence Award (2012). She also provides robotic surgery training and trained the first batch of gynecologists at KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad, in 2012. A respected academic, Dr. Gupta has contributed to numerous textbooks and journals and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences.
