The BCYW Foundation team consists of breast cancer doctors, physician-scientists, and scientists, with a track record of contributing to breast cancer research and treatment, as well as a team of highly dedicated breast cancer survivors and people from all walks of life whose lives were/are directly affected by breast cancer. Our visionary scientific and awareness advisors, global ambassadors, and passionate patient advocates bring an enormous wealth of professional, personal, and leadership experience to BCYW Foundation for ensuring that the forward-looking strategic vision of the foundation remains glued to issues that will directly benefit the younger patients with breast cancer.

Dr. Kumar is a molecular cancer biologist with the International Endowed Chair Professor and Distinguished Emeritus Professor at the Cancer Research Institute, Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, India. He has been engaged in innovative breast cancer progression over the decades while serving as a faculty member at various leading universities and cancer centers in the United States, including the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is also an adjunct professor at the Rutgers New Jersey School of Medicine and the Virginia Commonwealth School of Medicine in the United States.
